  RUSSELL J. COUGHENOUR
  
    Russell J. Coughenour, 78, of Hyndman RD 1, died April 24, 1978, at his
  residence.
    A native of Hyndman, he was a son of the late Jonas Coughenour and the
  late Elizabeth (Minnick) Coughenour.
    A retired Celanese Corporation of America employee, he was a member of
  Grace United Methodist Church.
    Surviving are his widow, Effie Avalene (Miller) Coughenour; a son, Ray
  Coughenour, Hyndman RD 1; a sister, Mrs. Alvene S. Homer; and three
  grandchildren.
    A service was held Wednesday afternoon at the Zeigler Funeral Home with
  the Rev. Ronald Ritchie officiating.  Interment, Hyndman Cemetery.
