SAMUEL COUGHENOUR 

  Glencoe, Sept. 8 - Samuel Coughenour of Cumberland, formerly of Glencoe, died 
on Saturday at 10 a.m..  For many years Mr. Coughenour was a conductor on the B. 
and O. R.R., but was pensioned about a year ago.
