  COUNTRYMAN
  
  Betty Jane Countryman, 52, Coleman Towers, Somerset, died of injuries
  received in auto accident Jan. 30, 1984, at Somerset Community Hospital. 
  Born Feb. 8, 1931, in Lincoln Township, daughter of Mabel and Dwight Long,
  Friedens RD 2.  Preceded in death by infant sister.  Surviving besides her
  parents: sister, Pauline Koontz, Jenners; brother, William Long, married to
  former Palma Nicholson, Rockwood; and close friend, Glenn Watson,
  Somerset.  Also nephews, Rex and Jeff; nieces, Monica, Tracey and Leanne;
  and great-nephew, Billy.  Member of Friedens Lutheran Church.  Worked as
  cook in various Somerset restaurants.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4
  and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, where service
  will be conducted Friday 11 a.m., the Rev. James R. Ling officiating.  In
  lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Friedens Lutheran
  Church Building Fund.
