  JAMES A. COVER
  
    James A. Cover, 75, of 519 Dreyer Avenue, died Thursday, Sept. 24, 1987,
  in Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
    Born in Terra Alta, W.Va., Jan. 22, 1912, he was the son of the late
  William and Bertha (Bowles) Cover.
    A retired restauranteur, he was a member of Central Assembly of God
  church.
    Surviving are his widow, Lucy V. (Cowgill) Cover; two sons, Neville E.
  Cover, Cumberland, Md.; and Ronald J. Cover, Grantsville, Md.; five
  grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, Virginia Avenue,
  where services were conducted Sunday at 1 p.m. by the Rev. Gary Butler. 
  Interment, Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
