  COVERT
  
  Dallas Bernard Covert Jr., 86, Somerset, died April 21, 2002 at Somerset
  Patriot Manor.  Born Feb. 24, 1916 in Johnstown, son of Dallas Bernard
  Covert Sr. and Grace Idella (Clark) Covert.  Preceded in death by parents,
  and wife, Virginia Hope Covert, who died Sept. 17, 2000.  Survived by son,
  David B. Covert, married to the former Maria Murtha of Johnstown; two
  granddaughters, Catherine and Angela; and three great-grandchildren. 
  Member of First Christian Church.  A retired electrician to U.S. Steel
  Corp., Johnstown plant with 40 years of service.  No viewing or
  visitation.  There will be a private service at the convenience of the
  family.  Arrangements by the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset. 
  Interment, Husband Cemetery.
