DOROTHY EDMUNDS COWAN

Dorothy (Edmunds) Cowan, 92, died Saturday, October 26, 1991 in Fort Meyers, 
Florida.  She was the daughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. George H. Edmunds of 
Connelsville.  She is survived by a daughter, Dorothy Griffin Roberts, wife of 
Alvin Roberts, Fort Meyers, Florida; three grandchildren, seven great 
grandchildren, five nieces and two nephews.  She was preceded in death by 
brothers G. Homer, John and Dr. Franklin Edmunds; also husbands; George Griffin, 
Austin Wills, and Nickolas Cowan.  She was a graduate of Connelsville High 
School and Goucher College and she taught in the Connelsville High School. 
Interment, in St. Petersburg, Florida.
