He was born Nov. 25, 1921 at Rockwood, a son of the late William Preston and Idella Hershberger Cramer. His wife Alberta Mae Cramer died Nov. 2, 1994. Survived by three daughters, Judy Kuzma, Ambridge; Mrs. Michael "Dottie" Cox, Wellsburg, W.Va.; Mrs. Pat "Lois" Ensminger, Weirton; two sons, Earl W. Cramer, San Diego, Calif., and Roger Cramer, Texas; one brother, Calvin Cramer, New Centerville; two sisters, Mrs. Hazel Long and Mrs. Margaret Ogline, both of Somerset; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Predeceased by three brothers, Clyde, William and Alvin; two sisters, Mary and Florence. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Was a truck driver for Core Oil in Burton and worked at Owens Illinois. A member of the VFW. Friends may call at Masters Funeral Home in Mannington W.Va. from 3-5 and 7-8 p.m. Saturday. The funeral will be held at the funeral home at 8 p.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Kyle Stewart officiating. A memorial service will be conducted by the Marion County Military Veterans Council and other local veterans organizations following the service. The body will be cremated.
