  IVA C. CRAMER
  
    Iva C. Cramer, 74, of Fort Hill RD, died July 16, 1981, in Sacred Heart
  Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
    She was born March 15, 1907, in Garrett County, Md., daughter of William
  and Elmira (Ringer) Frazee.
    She is survived by her mother and her husband, Luther.
    She is also survived by four daughters and one son: Mrs. Virginia Hair of
  Waynesboro; Luther Cramer Jr. of Fort Hill; Mrs. Mary Nicklow of Berlin RD
  4; Mrs. Martha J. Nicklow of Salisbury RD 1; and Marilyn King of Springs;
  15 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and one brother, Earl Frazee of
  Fort Hill RD.
    Friends were received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence.  Services
  were held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church with the Rev. David Bomboy
  officiating.  Interment, church cemetery.
