Samuel David Cramer Jr., of Phoenix, Arizona died Thursday, September 13, in Phoenix. Born January 25, 1920, in Meyersdale, he was the son of Samuel David Sr. and Florence (Mitchell) Cramer. Preceded in death by his father, he is survived by his mother, now Mrs. Florence Ream, of Confluence; his wife, Josephine (Ellis) and two daughters: Judy Martin, of Mira Loma, California, and Cathleen Andruch, of Phoenix. He is also survived by two brothers: Donald Cramer, of Baltimore, Md., and Richard Cramer, of Reno, Nevada; and three grandchildren. Mr. Cramer was a veteran of World War II, a member of the Disabled American Veterans, and the American Legion and St. Theresa's Catholic Church. He was a mail handler for the U.S. Postal Service. Funeral services were held Saturday, September 15, at 9 a.m. under the direction of the Whitney and Murphy Arcadia Funeral Home in Phoenix. The Rev.
