  Juniata A. "Jay" Crews, 73, of Leesburg, Va., died Dec. 2, 1999 at home. 
  Born Nov. 22, 1996 in Somerset, a daughter of the late; Guy E. and Bessie
  G. (Fishburn) Ayers.  Also preceded in death by two brothers and six
  sisters.  Survived by these brothers: Guy E. Ayers Jr. of Boothwyn, Pa.;
  Donald B. Ayers of Poland, Ohio; and George G. Ayers of Mt. Doro, Fla. 
  Also survived by two daughters: Barbara A. Ellis of Leesburg, Va., and
  Joanmarie Cuozo of San Diego, Calif.; one granddaughter and one
  great-granddaughter.  Services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, at the
  Colonial Funeral Home in Leesburg, Va., with Pastor Hank Dunn
  officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Northern
  Virginia, 209 Gibson St., NW Leesburg, Va., 20176 or the American Lung
  Assoc., 9735 Main St., Fairfax, Va., 22031.
