LUCINDA CRISSINGER

  Mrs. Lucinda Crissinger, 83 years, 9 months and 17 days of age, died at her 
home on Sand Patch R.D. 1, Friday afternoon, April 3, 1942, at 5 o'clock.  She 
was born in Somerset County, June 16, 1858, and was a daughter of William Sarver 
and Elsie (Compt) Sarver.
  Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Daniel Y. Miller, Goshen, Indiana; two 
grandchildren, Howard Crissinger and Mrs. Wilbert Murray, and six great-
grandchildren.  Her husband, Nelson Crissinger, preceded her in death May 2, 
1928.
  Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at 2:30 at the Hostetler 
Church in Greenville Township, in charge of the Rev. Rhodes, of Roaring Spring.  
Burial in the Hostetler cemetery in charge of W. C. Price and Son, local 
morticians.
