She was born in Somerset County, June 16, 1858, and was a daughter of William Sarver and Elsie (Compt) Sarver. Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Daniel Y. Miller, Goshen, Indiana; two grandchildren, Howard Crissinger and Mrs. Wilbert Murray, and six great- grandchildren. Her husband, Nelson Crissinger, preceded her in death May 2, 1928. Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at 2:30 at the Hostetler Church in Greenville Township, in charge of the Rev. Rhodes, of Roaring Spring. Burial in the Hostetler cemetery in charge of W. C. Price and Son, local morticians. Meyersdale Republican, April 9, 1942
