Crissinger, 82, Johnstown, formerly of Meyersdale RD 4, died Jan. 13, 1990, at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital, Johnstown. Born April 22, 1907, in Larimer Township, a daughter of the late Lewis S. and Daisy (Cook) Mazer. Preceded in death by husband, Howard J.; also two brothers and one sister: George, Lewis and Lucille. Survived by three children: Harold L., married to the former Joyce Manes, Meyersdale RD 4; Lois, wife of the late Dean Tomb, Johnstown; Joyce, wife of Martin Staub of Olney, Md.; five grandchildren, Jeffrey Crissinger, Cathy Newman, Deans Tomb, David and Cami Staub, also one great-granddaughter Emily Newman, and a sister, Rebecca Shockey, Meyersdale RD 3. A life-long member of Mt. Carmel White Oak Lutheran Church, where she was a member of the Willing Workers Class and active in all the other church activities. Member of the White Oak Sewing Club. Recently attended Christ Lutheran Church, Johnstown. Friends are being received at Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where prayer service will be at 12:30 p.m. today. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. today in the Mt. Carmel Lutheran Church, Rev. Charles Lady and Rev. Peter Naschke. Interment, White Oak Cemetery. Daily American, January 15, 1990 [C1171]
