  CRITCHFIELD
  
  Calvin W. Critchfield, 74, of North Liberty St., New Castle, died Feb. 5,
  1977 in Butler VA Hospital.  He was born Oct. 16, 1902 in Somerset, a son
  of the late Joseph C. and Katherine Coleman Critchfield.  Survived by a
  sister, Mrs. Lucy Martz of Somerset, and several nieces and nephews. 
  Preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.  Member of: Trinity
  Lutheran Church Somerset; Loyal Order of Moose, Ravenna, Ohio and Order of
  Railroad Conductors.  A veteran of War World II, he served in Army Air
  Corps.  He was retired from Baltimore and Ohio Railroad.  Friends will be
  received from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where
  service will be conducted at 10 a.m Wednesday, the Rev. H James Meyers
  officiating.  Interment, Husband Cemetery.
