All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/somerset/ _________________________________________ Critchfield, Ephraim JENNER MAN KILLED BY AUTO ACCIDENT, Ephraim Critchfield, of Jenner Township, who lost control of his automobile while returning from Stoyestown Wednesday night of last week and was thrown from the machine, died at the Memorial Hospital at Johnstown early on Saturday evening. He suffered intensely the three days following the accident, as a result of concussion of the brain, a was the son of George and Mary Meek Critchfield, members of an old and prominent Somerset County family, living in Milford Twp. With him at the time of the accident was Harry Rhoads, of Jenner Township, the latter being only slightly injured. The body was sent to Murdock for interment. Meyersdale Commercial, Apr. 1, 1915
