  CRITCHFIELD
  
  Helene P. Critchfield, 74, of Somerset, died Feb. 6, in Somerset
  Hospital.  Born Nov. 17, 1914 in Somerset, daughter of the late John Henry
  and Eva Helene (Beachy) Pritts.  Also preceded in death by two brothers
  Ralph F. and John W.  Survived by husband, Clyde E. "Dutch" Critchfield, to
  whom she was married for 48 years; a sister, Mrs. Kathryn W. Hardwig,
  Grantsville, Md.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews, including
  Michael J. Hardwig, Rockwood, RD 3 and Mrs. Dennis (Patricia) Pounds,
  Chesapeake, Va.  Former bookkeeper and secretary for Easter Motel
  Association.  Member of Trinity Lutheran Church, where she was the former
  junior and senior choir director.  Member of Trinity Chapter #138 O.E.S.;
  Past Mother Advisor to Rainbow Girls and member of Soroptomist,
  International.  Friends were received 7-9 p.m. Monday and will be received
  from 2-4 p.m. and from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral
  Home.  Funeral service 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Trinity Lutheran Church with
  the Rev. H. James Meyers officiating.  Interment, Husband Cemetery.  Eastern
  Star Service 7 p.m. Tuesday.  No viewing at the church.  Contributions may
  be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church.
