  CRITCHFIELD
  
  Nelle V. Critchfield, 94, East Catherine Street, Somerset, died March 27,
  1989, at Somerset Hospital.  Born July 20, 1894, in Black Township,
  daughter of the late William Wilson and Margaret (Pyle) Pyle.  Preceded in
  death by infant sister, Thelma; sisters, Gladys and Marie; and brothers,
  Theodore and Walter.  Also preceded by husband, Martin Critchfield, in
  1936.  Survived by brother, Virgil O. Pyle, and sister, Nora Ream, both of
  Somerset; and a sister-in-law, Lucy Martz, Somerset.  Member of Somerset
  Church of the Brethern, and a retired employee of the Somerset State
  Hospital.  Friends will be received 2-9 p.m, Wednesday at the Wilbur D.
  Miller Funeral Home where service will be conducted Thursday at 1:30 p.m.,
  the Rev. Roger Forry officiating.  Interment, Husband Cemetery.
