  Pauline "Polly" (Wengerd) Coffroth Croasdale, 87, of Meadow View Nursing
  Center, Berlin, formerly of Somerset, passed on July 14, 2002 at the
  Center.  Born July 3, 1915 in Meyersdale.  Daughter of the late Moses and
  Edith (Beals) Wengerd.  Preceded in death by her second husband, Robert
  Croasdale, niece Harriet "Penny" (MacMurdo) Gardner; sisters Marie
  MacMurdo, R.N. and Olis Trimpey, and first husband Charles Coffroth II
  Esq.  She is survived by her daughter Cornelia "Connie" (Coffroth) Shaulis
  of Shanksville; son Charles H. Coffroth III of Attleboro, Mass.;
  grandchildren Jayne Marie and Jason Leslie-Taylor Shaulis and
  great-grandchildren Noah and Eve Shaulis.  Also niece Nancy Storey and
  nephew John Trimpey.  She began and operated the Somerset Window and
  Janitorial Service from 1959-62.  She was employed by Cornell University in
  Ithaca N.Y. and the Seneca Army Depot in Seneca Falls, N.Y.  She retired to
  Somerset in 1987.  She was a member and officer of the Somerset County Art
  Association, the Garden Club, the PTA, the Somerset Hospital Auxiliary and
  the Somerset Welfare League.  Friends will be received from 1 to 4 p.m,
  Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset.  Interment will be private. 
  Memorial contributions may be made to the Somerset Children's Aid Home at
  574 E. Main St. Somerset, Pa. 15501.
