  ESTHER HORNER CROYLE 
  
  Esther Horner Croyle, 86, Stoystown, died July 3, 2004, at Siemon Lakeview
  Manor Estate. Born Dec. 14, 1917, daughter of Howard and Mary (Specht)
  Horner.  Preceded in death by parents and husband, Donald B.  Survived by
  daughters, Karen (Ronald) Yoffe, and Brenda (Charles) Shontofski; son,
  Douglas (Kathleen Sheets) Croyle; five grandsons: Adam Yoffe, Sgt. Matthew
  (Victoria Gallucci) Shontofski, HM3 Daniel (Melissa Evans) Shontofski,
  Devin Croyle and Aaron Croyle and fiancee Mandy Phillippi; and one
  great-grandson, Damek Shontofski.  Attended Indiana State Teachers College.
  Employed as a bookkeeper for several area businesses, including 15 years
  with Pa. Propane Gas Co.  Member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ,
  Stoystown, and Stoystown American Legion Post 257 Auxiliary.  She enjoyed
  dancing, reading and bingo.  Family received friends Sunday at Deaner
  Funeral Home, Stoystown.  Viewing from noon until service at 1 p.m. Monday
  at St. Paul's U.C.C., Stoystown.  The Rev. John Emig officiating.  Interment,
  Odd Fellows Cemetery, Stoystown.  Memorial contributions may be given to
  Stoystown Charge U.C.C., Stoystown, Pa. 15563.
