  CRUICKSHANK
  
  Sean Ian Cruickshank, age 2, 311 Blue Diamond St., Johnstown, died evening
  of May 22, 1995, at Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born July 5, 1992, in
  Johnstown.  Son of Scot L. and Jenny (Hemminger) Cruickshank.  Preceded in
  death by maternal grandparents: Vernon and June (Lehman) Hemminger. 
  Survived by parents; sister, Caitlin "Kay-Kay" at home; paternal
  grandparents, Albert C. "Snook" and Betty (Carnahan) Cruickshank,
  Johnstown; paternal great-grandmother, Anna Carnahan, Williamsburg, Va.;
  aunts and uncles, Allen and LouAnn Hemminger, Hollsopple RD 2; Diane Drzal,
  Pittsburgh; Beth and Garry "Toad" Cassidy, Johnstown; Doris and Mark Thomas,
  Boswell RD 1; numerous other relatives and special friend "BearBear." 
  Member of the Benscreek Evangelical Lutheran Church, near Thomas Mills. 
  Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Hoffman Funeral
  Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell.  Viewing also from 10 a.m. until the time
  of service at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Benscreek Church with the Rev.
  Raymond A. Cistek officiating.  Interment Thomas Mennonite Cemetery.
