  CHARLES E. CUMBERWORTH
  
    Charles E. Cumberworth, 62, of Star Route, Grantsville, Maryland, died
  September 19, 1989 at the Martinsburg, W.Va., VA Hospital.
    Born in Toledo, Ohio, Feb. 13, 1922, he was a son of the late Charles
  Curran Cumberworth and Helen Lenore (Worden) Cumberworth.
    He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean conflict, had worked as a
  hydraulic mechanical engineer and was a member of the American Legion,
  V.F.W. and D.A.V. in Holland, Ohio.
    Surviving are four sons, Paul G. Cumberworth, Virginia Beach, Va.;
  Charles C. Cumberworth, Fort Lee, Va.; Mark A. Cumberworth, Placentia,
  Calif., and Craig A. Cumberworth, Star Route, Grantsville, Md.; a brother,
  George Cumberworth, Toledo, Oh.; three sisters, Mrs. G. Joanna Ling,
  Sylvania, Ohio: Mrs. Virginia Mitruk, Toledo, Oh.; and Mrs. H. Jane
  Voelker, Columbus, Ohio, and seven grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home where services were
  conducted Sunday at 2:30 p.m. by the Rev. Elmer Maust and the Rev. Oren
  Bender.  Interment, Cherry Glade Cemetery, Accident, Md.
