    Jeannine W. Cummins, 78, Fairhope, passed into eternal life Jan. 12, 2008, where she
  will join her beloved husband, James. Born Feb. 12, 1929, in Ellerslie, Md., she was
  the  daughter of the late Roy and Pearl  (Emerick) Shroyer. Also preceded in death by her
  husband, James R. Cummins in 1980. Survived by a daughter, Brenda Deneen and husband,
  Clarence of Fairhope; a son, Leland Cummins and wife, Alice of Kennells Mills; brothers,
  Blaine Shroyer and wife,  Colleen of Camden, Del., James Emerick and wife, Alma of 
  Hyndman; four grandchildren, Lori Clites of Hyndman,  Derek Deneen and wife, Melissa of
  Buffalo Mills,  Robert Cummins of Salisbury, William Cummins of Fairhope;  five
  great-grandchildren, Ashley, Cassandra and Zack Clites,  Mariah and Kylee Deneen;
  numerous nieces and nephews;  two special aunts, Edna and Mattie; and a very special
  friend, Bernie Sperry of Berlin. Mrs. Cummins retired from the United States Postal
  Service, were she worked at the Fairhope Post Office. She was a lifelong servant of the
  Lord, his church and anyone in need. She was a member of Fairhope Community Church and
  the Berlin Historical Society. She was a wonderful, loving mother and grandmother who was
  devoted to her family and her faith. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Monday at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, 169 Clarence St., Hyndman. Funeral service
  will be conducted at Fairhope Community Church, Fairhope, at 11 a.m. Tuesday, with James
  Swauger and the Rev. Glenn Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. In
  lieu of flowers, donation may be made to Fairhope Community Church, Fairhope, PA 15538
