(Clunker) Cunningham, 69, of Jennerstown, died July 19, 1999 at Somerset Hospital. Born Nov. 26, 1929 in Mount Pleasant, Pa., a son of the late Cyrus P. Sr. and Marie (McBeth) Cunningham. Prior to his retirement he was employed by the U.S. Steel Corporation at their Duquense works. He was a veteran of the Korean War having served with the U.S. Army and a member of the St. Paul's Seanor Church in Hempfield Township. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters: Alverda Ramsey and Mildred Cunningham; one son, Daniel R. Cunningham of Greensburg, Pa.; two daughters: Mrs. Christine Zahornacky and her husband Gregory of Greensburg, Pa. and Mrs. Linda Hiles and her husband William of RD 2 Ruffsdale, Pa.; granddaughter Crystal Lynn Hiles of RD 2 Ruffsdale, Pa.; and two brothers: Norman Cunningham of Youngwood, Pa. and Cyrus P. Cunningham, Jr. of RD 2 Ruffsdale, Pa. Also survived by companion Mildred Sarver of Stoystown, Pa. Friends will be received at the Beatty-Rich Funeral Home Inc., Route 136, Madison, Pa., 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday. Services will be held in the funeral home Thursday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. James H. Ghrist officiating. Interment will follow in the Mount Lebanon Church Cemetery, Tarrs, Pa.
