Curtis, 81 of Meyersdale, died Nov. 11, 2001 at Meyersdale Medical Center. Born June 16, 1920 in Culpeper, Va. A son of the late John C. and Nora (Weeden) Curtis. Also preceded in death by his wife the former Marcella DiFebo; a son, Edward Alan Curtis; and three brothers: Harold, John and Ashton. Survived by a daughter, Teresa, wife of Paul Rhoten, Meyersdale; daughter-in-law, Katie (Stephens) Sisk, Alexandria, Va.; four grandsons: Matt Rhoten, and his wife Shana; Mike Rhoten, and his wife Katie, Chris Curtis, and Andy Curtis; and one great-granddaughter, Ana Rhoten. Also three brothers: Russell Stanley, and George; and two sisters: Mabel, and Jean. Willard served in the U.S. Army, 5th Air Force during World War II, and was a member of the Meyersdale Elks Lodge 1951. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale. Funeral Mass will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at SS. Philip & James Catholic Church, Meyersdale, with the Rev.
