  CUSTER
  
  Mrs. Freda June Custer, 78, of Somerset died July 21, 1973, at Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born June 20, 1895, Stoystown, a daughter of the late
  George E. and Minnie J. (Koontz) Lohr.  Preceded in death by her husband,
  George E. Custer, one sister and one brother.  Survived by these children:
  Ruth, wife of Theodore Siemer of Wilmington, Del.; Helen, the wife of
  George Sabin in Glendale, Calif.; Miss Mary Jane Custer of Tequesta, Fla.;
  Robert and James, both of Somerset; 11 grandchildren and five
  great-grandchildren.  A sister of Mrs. Robert Gilmour of Somerset.  She was
  a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and the Order of Eastern Star.
  Friends are being received at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home until
  noon Monday (today).  Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in
  the Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. H. James Meyers officiating.
  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.  Remains will lie in state at
  the church from 12:30 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m.
