  CUSTER
  
  Gladys May Custer, 52, of Salisbury, died July 13, 1988 in Potomac
  Hospital, Woodbridge, Va.  Born April 28, 1936 in Hemphill, W.Va., she is
  survived by her mother, Lala Worthington, of Davy, W.Va.; her husband,
  James, Cumberland, Md.; and these children: Cheryl Jones, Woodbridge, Va.;
  William, Inwood, W.Va.; Rebecca Broadwater, BelAir, Md.; Kenneth,
  Chantilly, Va.; and five grandchildren.  She is also survived by three
  sisters and two brothers.  Services Saturday at the Fanning Funeral Home in
  Welch, W.Va.  A memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Sunday at the Salisbury
  Lutheran Church, with the Rev. David E. Fetter officiating.
