HARVEY CUSTER

  Harvey Custer, 76, died at his home on Fairhope R.D., after an illness of 
several months.  A son of Samuel and Mary (Stull) Custer, he was born in 
Somerset County.  Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Annie (Smith) Custer, and nine 
children - Harry, Berlin R.D.; Mrs. Ralph Floto and Charles Custer, both of 
Berlin; Samuel and William, both of Fairhope R.D.; Mrs. Walter King, East 
McKeesport; Pvt. Merle, in the Army overseas; Louella, Pittsburgh, and Elbert, 
Fairhope.  He was a brother of Mrs. Mary Airsman, Newark, O.; Mrs. Bert Saylor, 
St. Benedict, and Mrs. Katie Miller, Berlin.
  Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon in the 
Johnson Funeral Home, Berlin, by Rev. H. M. Petrea.  Interment in the I.O.O.F. 
Cemetery, Berlin, Pa.
