  Irene M. Custer, 87, of Friedens, died Aug. 22, 1989 at Windber Hospital. 
  Born July 18, 1902 in Bedford County.  Preceded in death by husband Andrew
  M.  Survived by daughters Marion Sellers, Ohio; Peggy Stokes and Joy Beam,
  both of Florida; two grandsons; four great-grandchildren.  Sister of Helen
  Post, Florida and brother Charles Sorber, Pennsylvania.  Private family
  service under arrangements of Deaner Funeral Home, STOYSTOWN.  Memorials
  may be given to the Windber Hospice.
