  Jennie D. Custer, 83, of Patriot Manner, Somerset, died June 27, 1997 at
  the manor.  Born June 27, 1914, in Jenners, daughter of the late Armand and
  Anna (Pasco) McLaney.  Preceded in death by husband, Elwood Custer;
  brothers, Charles and Lloyd McLaney.  Survived by daughter, Carol Custer
  and granddaughter, Marta Custer of Silver Spring, Md. and sister, Agnes
  Oaks of Somerset.  Also survived by sister-in-law and good friend, Hazel
  McLaney of Somerset.  Member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Somerset.  Funeral
  services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral
  Home, Somerset.  Pastor Robert Hoover officiating.  Interment Pleasant Hill
  Cemetery.
