SAMUEL E. CUSTER

  Samuel E. Custer, 61, of Allegheny Township, died at 2:30 o'clock Monday 
morning at his home after an illness of three weeks.  A son of Samuel and Mary 
(Stull) Custer.  Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Clara (Kimmel) Custer, and 10 
children - Mrs. Carl Hoppert, Central City; Leonard Custer, Turtle Creek; 
Kenneth Custer, Berlin; Mrs. Walter Miller, Jerome; John Custer, Hooversville; 
Elwood Custer, serving with the Army in England; Mrs. Earl Miller, Berlin R.D. 
1; Evelyn, Melvin and Fay Custer, all at home.  He was a brother of Harvey 
Custer, Fairhope R.D.; Mrs. Catherine Miller, Berlin; Mrs. Elizabeth Saylor, St. 
Benedict, and Mrs. Mary Airsman, Newark, Ohio.
  Funeral arrangements in charge of the Johnson Funeral Home of Berlin.
