  JOSEPH CUTTER SR.
  
    Joseph H. Cutter Sr., 49, died Monday, February 20, 1989, at Sacred Heart
  Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
    Born at Midlothian, Md., March 30, 1939, he was the son of the late
  William H. and Gertrude (Skidmore) Cutter.
    He was formerly employed by the Kaiser Refractories in Zihlman and by
  Knieriem Tire Service, Midothian, Md.  He attended Trinity Assembly of God
  Church.
    Survivors include his widow, Donna (Seggie) Cutter; one son, Joseph H.
  Cutter Jr., at home; four daughters: Tammy Rollins and Brenda Wiseman, both
  of Cumberland, Md.; Kimberly Carr, Laurel, Md.; and Donna Joe Cutter, at
  home; four brothers: Blaine L. Cutter, Edgar W. Cutter, and William R.
  Cutter, all of Midlothian, Md.; and Roger L. Cutter, Frederick, Md.; one
  sister, Mabel Kennell, Kennell's Mills; three grandchildren and two
  step-grandchildren.
    Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, Frostburg, Md.,
  Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
