  DARLING
  
  Helen B. Darling, 78, formerly of Youngwood, died in Lebanon, Ohio, March 26, 
  1979.  Born June 30, 1900, in Odon, Ind., daughter of the late Charles A. and 
  Laura (McCoy) Breden.  Preceded in death by husband, Harold K. Darling in 1974, 
  and infant son, Charles John Darling.  Survived by two daughters, Mrs. Nerita 
  Brant, of Somerset and Mrs. Diana Case of Bellbrook, Ohio; and four 
  grandchildren.  Member of the Youngwood Senior Women's Club, the Greensburg 
  College Club, Otterbein Women's Club of Dayton, Order of Eastern Star, Odon, 
  Ind.; United Methodist Church of Odon and graduate of Otterbein College, 1924.  
  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the C. Richard 
  McCauley Funeral Home, Youngwood, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. 
  Friday, the Rev. John W. Gordon officiating.  Interment, Scottdale Cemetery.
