Darr, 100, Berlin, died June 9, 2004, at Somerset Hospital. Born April 23, 1904, in Stoystown, she is the daughter of Frank and Sadie (Martin) Horner. Preceded in death by her parents, husband George S. Darr; daughter Leah Engleka; son George F. Darr; sons-in-law George Engleka and William Routzong; daughter-in-law Jean Holler Darr; infant granddaughter Joyce Ellen Routzong; brother Harry Horner; and sisters Alverta Brant, Mabel Yoder and Leanora. Survived by a daughter Janet Routzong, Worthington, Ohio; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; and a sister Mary Ellen Turban, Harrisburg. She was a member of the Berlin Brethren Church; Fire Company Auxiliary, Senior Citizens, and Rebekah Lodge 227 all of Berlin. She enjoyed quilting, crossword puzzles and reading. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, and from 1 p.m. Friday until time of service at 2 p.m. at the Berlin Brethren Church. The Rev.
