  George S. Darr, 75, of 724 North St., Berlin, died Aug. 21, 1975 at home.  Born 
  Sept. 23, 1899, in Allegheny Township, son of the late Frank M. and Stella 
  (McVicker) Darr.  Survived by his wife the former Carrie P. Horner; two 
  daughters, Mrs. Leah Engleka of Centerville, Ohio and Mrs. William (Janet) 
  Routcong of Elyria, Ohio; a son, George Jr. of Glendora, Cal.; seven 
  grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  Also survived by a brother, Reon E. 
  of Berlin and a sister, Mrs. Bertha Poorbaugh of Toledo, Ohio.  Was a member of 
  the Berlin Brethren Church.  Friends will be received at the Johnson and Son 
  Funeral Home, Berlin, after 7 p.m. Friday (today) where services will be held at 
  2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Ralph E. Mills officiating.  Interment, Berlin 
  I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
