DELLA A. DAUBENSPECK

  Mrs. Della A. Daubenspeck, mother of Maj. Wayne Daubenspeck, passed away at 
her home in Selinsgrove, Pa., following a heart attack the early part of last 
week.  She spent three months here with her daughter-in-law and grandchildren, 
and had been home just three days when her death occurred.  Maj. Daubenspeck and 
wife attended the funeral on Wednesday and returned to Meyersdale on Friday, the 
Major returning to his post at Camp McCoy, Wis., on Sunday.  He is an Army 
chaplain.  The elder Mrs. Daubenspeck's husband, Rev. Lloyd Daubenspeck, who 
passed away about 30 years ago, at one time was pastor of the Lutheran Church at 
Shanksville.  She is survived by two daughters, with one of whom she lived in 
Selinsgrove, and two sons.
