  DAVIDSON
  
  Mrs. Mardell Davidson, 72, of East Church St., Somerset, died May 27, 1983, at 
  Somerset Community Hospital.  She was born Jan. 7, 1911, in Johnstown, a 
  daughter of the late William and Susan (Adams) Knauer.  She is survived by her 
  husband James E., son Robert of Rockford, Ill.; and two grandchildren:  Bradley 
  J. and Catherine.  Also by a sister:  Mrs. Ivan (Thelma) Small of Johnstown.  
  She was a member of the First Christian Church, Wimodausis Rebekah Lodge, Forbes 
  Chapter D.A.R. and American War Mothers.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 
  7-9 p.m. Saturday at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where service will be 
  conducted at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, with the Rev. Gene Sellers officiating.  
  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
