    Betty F. Davis, 67, of Madison, Ohio, died Aug. 2, 1996, at Heather Hill in 
  Chardon, Ohio.  Born Jan. 27, 1929, in Somerset.  Daughter of the late Grace and 
  Fred Francis.  Preceded in death by brothers Elmer and Vaughn Francis, and 
  sisters Althea Stubbfield and Sally Logan.  Survived by her daughter, Barbara E. 
  Rubrecht of Dublin, Calif.; son, Jeffrey G. (Kathy) Davis, Madison, and 
  grandchildren:  Douglas G. Rubrecht, Carrie E. and Lindsey Davis.  Sister of 
  Violet Resh of Ravenna, Ohio; Amber Davis of Greenwood, N.C., and Jean Means of 
  Streetsboro, Ohio; and Harold Francis, Kernsville, N.C.; Robert Francis, Conway, 
  S.C., and Charles Francis, Somerset.  She lived in Madison since 1956.  Services 
  were held in Ohio.  Family suggests contributions to the American Lung 
  Association, Northeastern Branch, 25 N. Canfield-Niles Rd., Suite 50, 
  Youngstown, Ohio, 44515.
