  ETHEL L. DAVIS
  
    Ethel L. Davis, 81, formerly of 10 Euclid Place, who was a patient at the 
  Allegany County Nursing Home, Md., died Wednesday, July 30, 1986, at Memorial 
  Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
    She was born in Barrelville Sept. 2, 1904; daughter of the late Josiah D. 
  Sturtz and Lily Mae (Geary) Sturtz.
    She was a retired employee of Memorial Hospital.  Her husband was the late 
  Henry E. Davis.
    She is survived by one son, E. Calvin Davis, with whom she had resided at 
  Euclid Place; one daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Bohrer, Cumberland, Md.; three 
  brothers, Melvin Sturtz, Cresaptown, Md.; Daniel Sturtz and Calvin Sturtz, both 
  of Wellersburg; two sisters, Mrs. Irma Robinette and Mrs. Florence Dreyer, both 
  of Mount Savage, Md.; and three grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home where services were 
  conducted Friday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Gilbert F. Moats.
    Interment, Zion Memorial Park.
