    Helen S. Davis, 81, Windsor, Conn., formerly of Somerset, died March 1, 1986, 
  in Windsor.  Born Feb. 26, 1905, in Somerset, daughter of late Charles and 
  Jessie (Scott) Saylor.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Galen R.; and 
  sister, Evelyn S. Griffin.  Survived by two nieces:  Nancy, wife of George D. 
  Haines, Windsor; with whom she resided the past five years; and Mary Jane, widow 
  of George Gregg, Waynesburg; also a number of great-nieces and nephews.  Member 
  of First Christian Church, Somerset.  Retired employee of Pennsylvania 
  Department of Public Welfare.  Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. 
  Wednesday at Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where service will be conducted 
  at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, the Rev. Gene C. Sellers.  Interment, Husband Cemetery.
