    REGINALD F. DAVIS
  
    Reginald F. Davis, 87, formerly of Antonio Street, Johnstown, died April
  21, 1997, at Allegheny Lutheran Home, Johnstown.
    Born March 22, 1910, in Meyersdale, he was a son of the late Louis J. and
  Elizabeth (Greig) Davis.  He was also preceded in death by his wife, the
  former Verna M. Spence.
    Mr. Davis is survived by a nephew, Michael R. Davis of Toms River, N.J.
    He was a retired accountant of the general office of Bethlehem Steel
  Corp.  He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ and a U.S.
  veteran of World War II.
    Friends were scheduled to be received Wednesday, April 23, at the
  Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, Inc., Johnstown.  Graveside services will
  be held at 11 a.m. today (Thursday, April 24), at Union Cemetery,
  Meyersdale, with the Rev. Neil D. Siefert officiating.
