    Vera June Davis, 88, of Somerset, died Jan. 2, 1997, at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born June 13, 1908, in Berlin, daughter of Edwin David and Cora
  Rebecca (Walker) Baldwin.  Preceded in death by parents; stepmother, Ada S.
  (Dively) Baldwin; husband, Henry Deane Davis, who died June 21, 1968;
  sisters: Ruth Christner, Myrtle Albright and Kathryn Adams; brothers: Roy
  Baldwin and Merle Baldwin.  Survived by daughter Mrs. Duane (L. June)
  Bittner, Somerset; grandchildren: Mrs. James E. (Carole) Blair, Greensburg;
  Deane A. Bittner, Somerset; Ms. Darlene Shaulis, Somerset; Mrs. Earl J.
  (Shelley) Hay, Somerset RD 6; great-grandchildren: Kelly Blair, Kristi
  Bittner, Nicole Shaulis, Michael, Matthew and Heather Hay, Mrs. Timothy
