  James Robert Davison, 71, Melcroft, formerly of the Washington, Pa., area, died
  Oct. 16, 2006, at his home, while surrounded by his loving family. Born July 14,
  1935, in Blacklick,  A son of the late Abraham and Lydia Young Davison. Mr.
  Davison had been a resident of Melcroft for the last year and a half. In
  addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his first wife, Nancy Brisbane
  Davison. He is survived by his loving wife, Verdella Siesky Davison; daughters,
  Shelby Hendricks and husband, John, and Karen Ward and husband, Scott, all of
  Washington; grandchildren, Dana, Amy, Beth, Amanda and  Craig; brother, Abraham
  Davison  and wife, Jenny, Somerset; 11  step children, 20 step grandchildren,
  and six step great-grandchildren. Prior to his retirement, he worked for Haws
  Refractory in Hunker and Cannonsburg. He also had worked on the track crew and
  security at the Meadows Horse Racing Track. A veteran of the U.S. Marines.
  Attended the New Life Assembly of God, Somerset. Family and friends will be
  received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Clyde Brooks Funeral Home Inc.,
  Route 711 Melcroft, where a funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday. The
  Rev. Thomas Kroll officiating. Interment in the Washington Cemetery, Washington
  County. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the New
  Life Assembly of God Church, R.R. 281, Somerset, PA 15501, or the Medi Home
  Hospice, Johnstown, in memory of James Robert Davison. To sign the on line
