  HILLARY J. DAWSON
  
    Hillary J. Dawson, 85, of 606 Maryland Avenue, Cumberland, died January 7
  at Cumberland Memorial Hospital.
    He was born at Paw Paw, W. Va., a son of the late Frederick and Emily
  (Dunne) Dawson.  His wife, the former Annie Mognet, preceded him in death.
    Mr. Dawson was a former resident of Meyersdale and was a streetcar
  operator and conductor on the old Wilmoth Street Car Line that ran through
  Meyersdale in the early part of the century.  He also was a former employee
  of the B and O Railroad.
    Surviving are two sons: Frederick of Bethesda, Md., and Joseph of
  Cumberland.
    Services were conducted January 9 at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale,
  the Rev. John Glick officiating.  Interment was in the Meyersdale Union
  Cemetary.
