  HUBERT O. (PETE) DAY 
  
  Hubert O. (Pete) Day, 91, of RD 2, Friedens, died Oct. 20, 1977, in
  Somerset Community Hospital.  He was born Feb. 19, 1886, in Woodstock, Va.,
  a son of John and Sarah (George) Day.  Preceded in death by his wife, the
  former Carrie Zerefoss; three daughters; one son; four brothers; and two
  sisters.  He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Clarence (Mary) Williamson, RD
  2, Friedens; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 3
  great-great-grandchildren.  He was a member of the UMWA.  Friends will be
  received after 7 p.m. Friday at Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where
  services will be Sunday at 2 p.m., the Rev. Flavis Burroughs officiating. 
  Interment, Mizpah Cemetery.
