  Nora Elizabeth Day, 85, South Center Ave., Somerset, died Nov. 26, 1986, in 
  Meyersdale Manor. Born Aug. 16, 1901, in Somerset Township, a son [sic] of the late 
  Samuel and Catherine Ann (Bailey) Pifer.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, 
  Ben Day; four brothers; and four sisters.  She is the last of the immediate 
  family. A member of Grace United Methodist Church.  Friends will be received from 
  2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today (Friday) in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where 
  service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. Charles F. Olson 
  officiating.  Interment, St. John's Cemetery.
