  THOMAS L. DAY
  
    Thomas Leo Day, 79, died April 18, 1989, at Meyersdale Manor Nursing Home.
    Born in Deer Park, Md. August 18, 1909, he was a son of the late Charles and 
  Edith (Pysel) Day.
    He was a retired coal stoker for the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad and was a 
  member of Grace Baptist Church, Cumberland, Md.
    Surviving are his widow, Nellie M. Day; two sons, Upland Day, McCoole, Md.; 
  and Philip Day, Paw Paw, W.Va.; two stepsons, James DeVore, Baltimore, Md.; and 
  George Thomas DeVore, Cumberland, Md.; two step-daughters, Mrs. Ruth Galford, 
  Cumberland, Md.; and Edith DeVore, Grantsville, Md.; two brothers, Gilbert Day, 
  Deer Park, Md.; and Charles Day, Cumberland, Md.
    Friends were received at Scarpelli Funeral Home, Virginia Avenue, Cumberland 
  Md., was in charge of arrangements.
