  DEAL

  Alice Valeria Deal, 77, of Wayne, N.J., formerly of Friedens died Aug. 23,
  2000 at Chilton Memorial Hospital, Pompton Plains, N.J.  Born Aug. 30, 1922
  in New Centerville.  Daughter of Harvey Luther and Edna Grace (Henry) Brugh.
  Preceded in death by parents, husband, Earl Ambrose Deal who died March 26,
  1999, and three brothers, Paul, Harold and Clyde Brugh.   Survived by
  children: Mrs. Andrew G. (Dorris E.) Raleigh of Wayne, N.J.   Mr. David L.
  Deal, married to the former Adele Beegle of Slidell, La., five
  grandchildren, Stephen and Sheryl Raleigh: Ryan, Jacquelyn and Jennifer
  Deal, and three great-grandchildren: Emily and Sophie Raleigh and Rhett
  Deal.  A sister, Mrs. Lena M. Miller of Rockwood.  Member of Somerset Church
  of the Brethren.  1940 graduate of Somerset High School, and a 1943 graduate
  of Cumberland Memorial School of Nursing.  Registered nurse for Somerset
  Hospital retiring in 1965 with 10 year service.  Friends received from 7 to
  9 p.m. Sunday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Hauger-Zeigler
  Funeral Home.  Services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the
  Somerset Church of the Brethren, Somerset, Rev. Roger L. Forry
  officiating.   Interment, New Centerville Union Cemetery.   Contributions may
  be made to the Somerset Church of the Brethren 303 S. Center Ave., Somerset,
  Pa.  15501
