  BLANCHE DECKER
  
    Blanche Marie Decker, 79, of Garrett, died June 24, 1977, in Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  She was born April 22, 1898, in Garrett, a daughter of
  Henry and Agnes (Boches) Bittner.
    She is survived by two daughters: Mrs. Romane Benford, Rockwood; and Mrs.
  Mary Dunbar, Rockwood RD 1; two brothers, Hubert Bittner, Detroit, Mich.;
  and Philson Bittner, Canton, Ohio; seven grandchildren and 16
  great-grandchildren. 
    She was preceded in death by her husband, Webster Decker in 1965 and two
  sisters; Carrie Market and Fannie Hectrick.
    Friends were received in the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood where
  services were conducted Tuesday with the Rev. Clarence C. Moore
  officiating.  Interment, Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
