Decker, 81 of Meyersdale (Greenville Twp.), went to be with the Lord July 14, 2008 at Meyersdale Medical Center. She was born August 11, 1926 in Garrett, daughter of the late William and Myrtle (Hostetler) Whorrell. Also preceded in death by her husband Melvin L. Decker; a daughter Alice Louise Decker; and brother Leroy Whorrell. She is survived by two daughters: Teresa, wife of Terry Bittner, Meyersdale; and Nancy, wife of Joseph Bittinger, Meyersdale; five grandchildren: Keith Cook, Shawna Shoemake, Allison Booher, Amber Cook and Joey Bittinger; and two great grandchildren: Jozie Booher and Nevaeh Shoemake. A sister of Florence Bero, Garrett; and Patricia (Whorrell)20Christner, Garrett. Friends were received Wednesday at the Price Funeral Home Meyersdale, where service was conducted Thursday, with Pastor Dottie Grew officiating. Interment Center Church Cemetery (Summit Twp.)
