  VICTOR C. DECKER, JR.
  
    Victor Carl Decker Jr., 56, of Woodbridge, Va., died Wednesday, Oct. 25,
  1989, at the Mount Vernon Hospital, Alexandria, Va.
    He was born July 28, 1933, in Keyser, WV, he was the son of the late Rev.
  Victor C. and Ruby (Anderson) Decker Sr.
    He was an auto body repairman for Suburban Auto in Fairfax, Va.
    Surviving are his widow, Sylvia Decker; two sons: Dennis Decker and
  Victor Carl Decker III, both of Woodbridge, Va.; five daughters: Lorna
  Martin, of Florida; Susan Decker, Valerie Decker and Angie Cameron, all of
  Woodbridge, Va.; and Lisa Sibley, of Louisiana; two brothers: Vernon C.
  Decker, Rockwood; and Richard "Jack" Decker, Keyser, W.V.; three sisters:
  Grace Fazalore, Loretta Timbrook and Lelia Nelson, all of Keyser, W.V.; and
  10 grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Mount Castle Funeral Home, Woodbridge, Va.,
  where services were conducted Saturday at 10 a.m.  
    Interment, Stafford.
