  CLYDE W. DEEM
  
    Clyde W. Deem, 66, Berlin RD 3, died March 17, 1990, at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born May 3, 1923, in Goodtown, son of Joseph and Clara
  (Colflesh) Deem.  Preceded in death by parents; sister, Mabel Walker;
  brothers, Walter, Harold, Raymond, Fred and twin brother, Joseph.  Survived
  by wife of 44 years, the former Mary Sturtz, and these children: Dale,
  married to former Carol Beggs, Somerset; Roger, married to former Pam
  Boyce, Meyersdale, and Joseph, married to former Penny Suder, Berlin;
  grandchildren: April, Seth, Adam and Lindsey.  Brother of Mrs. Forrest
  (Jean) Romesberg, Meyersdale; Mary Walker, Berlin; Robert, Phelps, N.Y.,
  and Wilbur, Berlin.  Retired from Croner Inc. as equipment operator. 
  Member of Berlin Brethren Church, Somerset County Baseball Oldtimers
  Association and Roxbury Sportsmen. Family received friends Sunday evening
  and will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Deaner
  Funeral Home, Berlin, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Rev.
  Ralph E. Mills.  Interment, Pike Cemetery, Brotherton.
